Mission statement:
Our group is a community of professors dedicated to advance the scholarship of teaching and learning.
We use scientific teaching principles to evaluate the efficacy of novel pedagogical approaches and specifically designed material introduced in our courses.
Through professional support, outreach, knowledge transfer and by advocating for best practices, we strive to advance the pedagogy in science education and improve student learning and experience.
We also offer mentoring to students interested in research in science education.
